Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique
QHHT (in person) or BQH (online) session

QHHT® is a method created by Dolores Cannon. It involves regressing and being guided through an appropriate past life. Through this, you can access the deepest part of yourself, the higher self or Superconscious.
With QHHT®, you can see other lifetimes, have a much clearer understanding of why things are the way they are, and ultimately create change within yourself, and some healing could occur. Dolores Cannon, the pioneer of QHHT, discovered that any individual could gain access to past lives and experiences they have lived. She found an infinitely knowledgeable and powerful aspect of each individual that can be contacted and communicated with.
BQH® is based on QHHT®, with new modalities to facilitate the online session.
QHHT®-BQH® has three parts:
First, you will go through various periods and eventually reach the last day of that life. Your Higher Self will select what past life to show you.
Second, you with your Higher Self. The Higher Self knows everything there is to know about a person and their life. During the hypnosis, I facilitate your connection with your Higher Self for your questions.
The Higher Self or Subconscious will only choose to share appropriate information at the time and knowledge to benefit the individual.
Third, self-healing could occur during a QHHT-BQH session. I will hold the space for you so you can have some self-healing.
Any result can only happen if you are ready to heal and it does not interfere with your life goals.
You will feel lighter and better and understand your present life better.

How to be prepared for a QHHT or BQH session with Consuelo.
From the moment you decide to schedule an appointment, you need to have clear and direct communication with the part of you that can provide healing and information. This part of you is your higher self or Subconscious.
I suggest you say to yourself, as an intention:
I have a clear and direct communication with my Higher Self . I give myself permission to be more receptive and open to my intuition. (Use the present form)
You can repeat this intention silently or out loud throughout your day and, most importantly, right before you sleep at night. Put a note on your bathroom mirror to remind you to focus on your intention as you brush your teeth and prepare for bed.
Questions:
You will want to prepare a list of questions and concerns. As your facilitator, I ask that you write your questions on paper and give them to me at our appointment. For an even better experience, please email me your questions before your appointment. Of course, we can always modify them when it’s time for your session.
Neatly handwrite the list or print it out on the computer so that I can easily read your questions during the session. Also, put these questions and concerns in order of importance, as we may not be able to address them all.
I’ve had clients who have one question or issue of concern, while some have had dozens. It really does not matter how many you come up with as long as you put them in order of importance.
What kind of questions?
The general rule is to ask personal questions or keep topics related to your personal life. Here are a few examples.
- I have had asthma since birth. Why? Can it be healed?
- I am in a new love relationship. Is this person the right one for me?
- I really dislike my job and would like to quit and find a new one. Should I?
- I have a difficult relationship with my sister. Why is this so, and can it be resolved?
- Many years ago, something strange happened to me. (This could be a dream, vision, feeling, or experience)
- What exactly happened, and why?
- I have a lifelong interest in (name ANY subject) can we explore this in-depth?
- Am I on the right spiritual path?
- Can I meet my spirit guide or a guardian angel?
- Can I improve my intuitive or psychic skills? How?
- How can I create more peace, balance, or abundance in my life?
As your facilitator, I have prepared a list of standard questions about your issues that I will ask you to focus on. So don’t worry if you have a shortlist. I will keep your printed or written list in my files.
- Find quiet time daily to quell your mind chatter and pay attention to your nightdreams; sometimes, they carry messages.
- Avoid drink alcoholic or caffeinated beverages before the session or the evening before. If you are a regular morning coffee drinker, keep it to a minimum before your session.
- Take some time for long walks or light exercises before our appointment. It is an excellent way to prepare for a successful session. We want your body relaxed but your mind quiet, alert, and engaged.
- If possible, clear your day for the session. We begin by talking, going over the process, and answering your questions. Then, you get comfortable and relaxed, and we begin the actual hypnotic regression. Afterward, we go over what you experienced, and I make sure you are awake and grounded. This entire process can take anywhere from 3 to 4 hours.
- It is generally better to keep your day free after your regression or avoid engaging in activities requiring much concentration. You should take it easy.
- It is better to have lunch or dinner after the session, particularly if you are coming from a long distance. This will help you to be more grounded and present in your body.
Regression is very much like participating in a long, detailed, and involved daydream. You will feel present, in a state of deep meditation.
It would be like you just returned from a journey, having visited other worlds and lifetimes, and in fact, you will have done just that. It is best to have some time to process your experience and give yourself an opportunity to fully return to your regular conscious day-to-day reality before attempting any complex mental tasks or strenuous physical activity.
After you leave, I will review your digital recording and send you the MP3 file to your selected email address. Please download your file as soon as you receive the link and make a backup copy.
Listening to your session in the days, weeks, and even months ahead
is an important part of the experience of a Cannon Method Regression. Even if your conscious mind remembers the session immediately afterward, it can, just as some dreams can, begin to fade from your memory, even if you had an unforgettable experience! In addition, any healing or life improvement suggestions can and will be reinforced by listening repeatedly to the audio.
The goal is to have your conscious mind “get on board†and align with your Higher Self and its goals, and accept any changes or healing you intend to occur.
